Wow, now that is one whopper of a review..!
This was back in January 2018.
We did a phone around of other Tech's and one did know the customers name, he warned us not to deal with Jeff Jones, Ha ha!, so we can only guess the feedback was actually meant for them, not us.
The world is like this tho.
