What Happens to Your Microsoft 365 Subscription?
If your Microsoft 365 subscription was previously managed or billed through Dartmoor PC Limited, you may be concerned about what happens when that subscription reaches its expiry date.
Please be assured that your emails, documents, and files will not suddenly disappear. Microsoft provides a standard 30-day Grace Period following the expiration of a subscription. During this month-long window, all your Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud services (OneDrive, Teams) will continue to function exactly as normal, giving you plenty of time to set up your own direct payment.
